My Journey

I found Music Medicine to be the most powerful holistic medicine available to heal my mind, body, and Soul. Reiki and Music Medicine saved my life!
I believe wholeheartedly in the power of Music Medicine to heal and empower anyone who is willing to do the work. It completely transformed my life! I was walking around with hunched and heavy shoulders with buried anger from years of trauma, feeling sad and misunderstood, alone and lost knowing I was meant for more.
Music Medicine:
- Healed my layers of emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual symptoms from years of trauma, grief, and disempowering experiences.
- Guided me in my journey of learning to love myself and feeling worthy of life’s pleasures.
- Opened the doors for me to unlock my own unique gifts and talents and discover my soul’s purpose.
- Connected me with levels of inner peace, pure love, bubbling joy, heart-felt gratitude, and abundance I did not know were possible.
My Life Now:
- I smile with the sunshine.
- I skip bare feet in the sand.
- I jump for joy in the lake.
- I sing with the wind.
- I dance in the rain.
I am a walking example of the power of Music Medicine!
My specialty has been working with individuals overcoming significant life traumas including human trafficking, war, abuse, domestic violence, witnessing of murders and suicides, grief from the loss of a loved one, surgery, etc. I have also supported expectant mothers and babies, and children with labels such as ADHD and autism. I am currently conducting qualitative research examining the role of Music Medicine in healing first responder trauma.
I love to enjoy the beach and be one with the waves on my paddle board, spending as much time as I can in nature, dancing on the beach or in my kitchen, beach campfires, playing the piano and guitar, exploring the world with her nephews, and snuggling up with her kitty Joy.
I am very passionate to support individuals in feeling their best, connecting them with their life purpose and finding their inner joy! I feel very blessed to be able to share these gifts with you now!
